Meanwhile, his attempt to solve a mathematical equation causes a parallel world&#39;s collision with earth. A student tries to fix a problem he accidentally caused in OZ, a digital world, while pretending to be the fiancé of his friend at her grandmother&#39;s 90th birthday. I rented Summer Wars off of Netflix, hearing raving reviews for it. I wasn&#39;t expecting it to be one of my favorite films of all time! It is an amazing film recommended for all ages! Even people who don&#39;t like anime enjoy it! Of course, I am a big fan of anime, so I enjoy this insanely well –- it&#39;s a comedy, action, and drama all at the same time! Yeah, I&#39;m still confused on how that&#39;s even possible. I watched this with my younger sister, who is six, and she loved it, though she was confused at some parts. My uncle was confusedwell. All in all, Summer Wars,I stated before, is one of the best films I&#39;ve seen, and is a great choice for all ages. 10 out of 10! It&#39;s really difficult sometimes to describe Japanese Anime movies. If you are into them, then you will know what I am talking about. They are really complex, with quite a bit of story in them. So is this, that also is very weird. Weird in a good way that is. And more mature, than some animation movies are.<br/><br/>You can&#39;t compare them with Pixar movies too. I love Pixar movies, but they work more in the comedy and drama category. And while we have some very funny moments here too, this isn&#39;t so easy to describe. I hope you will watch this open minded and not see itjust an animated movie, but justa movie. And in this movie, almost anything is possible. Considering it's anime, Summer Wars starts out more like a bad romantic comedy.
